Guest Reviews
Guests love the authentic Thai flavors, fast service, and warm family-friendly atmosphere at this Denver favorite.
Their menu is very flexible, you can mix and match almost any combination for the same price (except for a few special items). They serve the best pho we’ve had in both the OC and San Diego areas. The restaurant was very crowded when we arrived, but the wait time was surprisingly short. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the portions were generous.
This restaurant is located in Orange County, near San Diego, and is a favorite among many Vietnamese locals, so it’s highly recommended for pho lovers. The flavors are very authentic and delicious. Their phở focuses on classic Vietnamese beef noodle soup. The broth is aromatic and rich, paired with fresh vegetables and tender slices of meat. It’s especially perfect for warming up on a cool winter day. The portions of beef, bone marrow, and beef shank are very generous, making it an excellent value for the price.
Traditional pho done right. The broth is very rich and tasty, and you can smell the pho aroma as soon as you walk through the door.
When in California you have to stop by here for one of the best pho in town. Flavorful broth, fresh noodles and generous portions of meat . Always crowded and long wait .
Reason for visiting: breakfast before driving back home; after night of drinking Date/time of visit: Sunday morning, 8:30 AM Parking: there's lot parking but limited; there's parking the next street down too, next to the school in the neighborhood Party size: 7 Environment/ambience: one of the few Pho places open before 10:00 AM; pretty small and busy. Restroom is in the back, clean. No TVs around. Service: was quick; pay at the front. Food came out pretty quick. Food: had the #3, Pho Tai with Bo Vien. Pretty good; the meatballs didn't have much fat on them. Bowl is pretty good size. Had the pho with bigger noodles; you have option of bigger or smaller noodles so close bigger. Cost: ~$140, with tip; they take credit card (not cash only) Would I go back (yes/no): 80/20; mainly b/c they open at 8
Consistent! My family always enjoys eating at the franchise, but this location is tricky. The menu is the same as their other places, and they were also able to maintain the good quality. Literally everything on the menu is tasty, and their portions are huge. * Phở Chín Bò Viên: 9/10 - some parts of the brisket were a bit tough We rarely go to this location because of how small their parking lot is, and we really only go here to pick up any to-go orders. If you do end up going here and can't find any parking spots, my family would park near the elementary school on the other side of the restaurant or at the Bolsa Mini Mall plaza and walk over. The workers were also quite friendly, and we didn't have to wait too long after adding our names to the waitlist. The interior is also quite small, so if you're claustrophobic and can't handle small spaces, you might not feel comfortable eating here. Not bad, but their other locations are roomier.
I ate here back in 2021, early in a cold winter morning and remembered it was delicious and rich in favor of the broth. Parking in the morning upon their opening was easy, not much to fight for. The place had been around for decades so it old but will keep at it best so don't expected too high, but it's clean both indoor and out on the covered deck. This place is packed most of the time and every weekend and the line can be waited for over hr. The service is nice, friendly and courteous. The pho is nice, nothing special from my perspective - it’s clean but missing something. The meats portion is good but the price is $15.50 for the bowl. At least hot ice (or iced) are free.
The phở was great! They managed to really bring out the southern vietnamese taste of the broth, and had a good variety of herbs and greens to eat with your bowl of noodle soup that elevated the experience. The service is fast and they’re really attentive. I would suggest trying to get here somewhat early so you have some time to find parking and get yourself settled in because it will get crowded. If there's a line, sign in on the price of paper with name and how many people you require for seating. Skip the disastrous parking lot by driving down one street and use the street parking. They also sell Labubus.....
